What is compassion?

Compassion is to learn to feel oneself and understand ourself:


  1. what triggers us

  2. who we trigger

  3. why


and just feel that we're all not perfect.


Accept oneself as we are and then also work on our insecurities and our bad habits to be able to be as compassionate to others.


By understanding our fears and our insecurities, we do understand more, why the others might seem to us insecure and not in a good place.

  • Compassion is to understand what the other feels, to create a more harmonious world.

  • Compassion is to bring more balance in us


  • Compassion is to bring more balance in our unbalanced world.


By bringing more balance in us, we bring more happiness around us. Our

decision making will come from the heart and not from the mind
