When somebody needs help, he is in a necessity, he is in a state of weakness. The person who helps can have a good or a bad attitude. It all depends on your most deepest reasons why you are helping. Is it to take personal profit out of it, or is your attitude to be here for the other person, unconditionally with humbleness. A great deal of people help to receive fame, feel superior or want to heal their culpability of living better.
Only few people help with unconditional love and humbleness. It is a state of forgetting about oneself. It is a giving of your entire being with thought and action. Being attentive to each detail and looking ahead how the situation can be resolved for the good and for all. It is a condition of selflessness.
Many organizations, coaches, persons are here to help, but do not have that attitude, have rather an attitude of superiority, thinking, to know it all and not trying to understand what the real needs are.
There is much arrogance in today's helpers attitude and control.
With that energy, the help becomes destructive, it blocks the solution, it keeps mis-functioning, so the help becomes a problem.
If you help ask yourself what is your intention.
Where does arrogance come from?
It comes from the ego. From a place of being very proud about what you achieve and accomplish. It comes from a place of knowing better and not listening to the others most inner wish or request. Not being interested on the others situation in his mind and soul. Focusing on yourself and not on the other. Arrogance is the wrong security with double sword. You want to share your knowledge, but not in a humble way, but imposing and with no vision of what the others person's situation or expectation is. Only focused on oneself.
Let’s be an example and work on ourselves first. For that we need much humbleness, and a inner voice who guides us to feel what the other person feels. Open your heart for the other
